Click Manage Subscription from the menu bar and log in. (If you can't remember your password, click the forgot password link and we'll send it to you.) Once logged in, click My Subscriptions then click the View Details dropdown button and choose Cancel Subscription.
Note: Subscriptions can ONLY be canceled through our website. Email or Phone Requests to cancel subscriptions WILL NOT be processed. Click Manage Subscription on the top menu bar to gain access and cancel your subscriptions.
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number to get information about where your order is and if it has been delivered. Additionally, we will send you an email when your order has been shipped and when it has been delivered.
If for some reason you did not receive your order in the allotted time, please contact our customer service department immediately so we can investigate. Usually, we can resolve order tracking related issues in a day.
